These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winner33 platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. winner33 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to secure their credentials.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting systems, and any attempt to exploit software errors or loopholes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which winner33 holds its operating licence. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 16 below.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering a winner33 Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through winner33, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the winner33 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winner33. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms before using the Platform.
3.1 Age Requirement. Membership and use of the winner33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. winner33 employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. Any Member who provides false information regarding their age will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds in the Wallet may be forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winner33 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing it. winner33 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in contravention of these Terms.
3.3 Excluded Persons. Current or former employees of winner33 or its affiliated entities, and individuals who have been self-excluded from winner33 or who have been permanently excluded by winner33, are not eligible to hold an Account or place bets on the Platform.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered winner33 Account. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update their Account details promptly in the event of any change. winner33 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided.
4.3 Members are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their Account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any third party. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify winner33 immediately.
4.4 winner33 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any stage of a Member's relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to prior to processing any withdrawal request, upon account registration, or if unusual activity is detected.
5.1 Deposits into a winner33 Wallet may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the relevant time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, and Public Bank online banking. winner33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount, which is displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.3 Members warrant that they are the authorised holder of any payment method used to deposit funds and that funds deposited are from a legitimate source. winner33 will not knowingly accept deposits made through illegitimate means.
5.4 winner33 does not charge processing fees on deposits, but third-party payment providers may impose their own charges. Members are responsible for any such third-party charges.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members who have completed the applicable KYC verification process. winner33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. In all cases, withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment instruments held in the Member's own name.
6.3 winner33 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security or compliance review.
6.4 Bonus Credits and funds derived from promotional sources may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not subject to additional withdrawal restrictions beyond standard KYC requirements.
7.1 winner33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates, which are published on the applicable promotion page.
7.2 Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the promotional validity period stated in the bonus terms; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Credits and any associated winnings.
7.3 winner33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such action will not affect Bonus Credits already credited to a Member's Account prior to the cancellation, subject to the applicable terms.
7.4 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic exploitation of low house-edge games to clear wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or collusion with other Members in connection with promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Credits and suspension or termination of the Member's Account.
8.1 All bets placed on the winner33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting product, which are published on the relevant game or event page. Sports betting rules, live casino rules, slot game rules, and lottery rules each form part of these Terms by incorporation.
8.2 Bets accepted and confirmed by the Platform are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member after confirmation, except as expressly provided in the applicable product rules.
8.3 winner33 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, system errors, evidence of match fixing, integrity concerns, or events rendered void by the relevant governing body.
8.4 In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, winner33's records shall be the primary source of reference. Members who dispute a result must raise the matter with customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event outcome being published.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winner33 Platform:
9.2 Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of the relevant Account, investigation, and may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the Wallet. winner33 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.
10.1 winner33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides Members with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the Member's Account settings.
10.2 Members who believe their gambling has become problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek assistance from professional support services. Relevant resources are listed on the winner33 Responsible Gaming page.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, winner33 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform. Members must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions.
10.4 Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. The mathematical house edge ensures that over a sufficient number of plays, the Platform will retain a proportion of all money wagered.
11.1 All content on the winner33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of winner33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without winner33's prior written consent.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winner33's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that Member's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.2 winner33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
12.3 winner33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors or interruptions. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond winner33's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
13.1 winner33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, Members consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 winner33 may be required to disclose Member data to regulatory authorities, financial crime agencies, or law enforcement in connection with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
14.1 winner33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where winner33 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
14.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, winner33 may forfeit any and all funds in the Member's Wallet, including real-money deposits, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach and consistent with these Terms.
14.3 Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting winner33 customer support. Closure requests will be processed after all pending withdrawal requests have been settled and outstanding verification requirements have been completed.
15.1 winner33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the effective date clearly indicated. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or through a notification on the Platform.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winner33 holds its operating licence. Members who access the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge and accept this governing law provision.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the winner33 Platform, the Member must first contact winner33 customer support to attempt informal resolution. winner33 will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
16.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under winner33's operating licence jurisdiction. The outcome of such proceedings shall be final and binding on both parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit a Member's statutory rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.
